Terms & Conditions vip2cuci – Official Guidelines for All Malaysia Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and vip2cuci ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the vip2cuci platform on our website or mobile app, you explicitly agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to register for or use vip2cuci's services. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are made will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

To register an account with vip2cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information — including your full name as per your ID, an active phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not currently prohibited from betting activities by any authority.
• Register one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited at vip2cuci.
• Not registering on behalf of any other person — only yourself.

Each member is permitted to hold only one active account with vip2cuci. If our system or verification team detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — based on matching personal details, IP address, device, or payment method — all associated accounts may be terminated and all balances and bonuses forfeited without prior notice.

All financial transactions at vip2cuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). vip2cuci only accepts legitimate Malaysian digital payment methods.

Accepted Deposit & Withdrawal Methods:

• DuitNow – Direct bank transfer, processed within 15–30 seconds.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Malaysia's most popular e-wallet, processed instantly.
• GrabPay – Via the Grab app, processed within 30 seconds.
• FPX (Online Banking) – Including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, RHB, Public Bank, and all major Malaysian banks.
• ShopeePay – Paid directly from your ShopeePay balance.
• Boost – Boost Malaysia e-wallet.

All withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless special approval has been granted by the vip2cuci support team. This is part of our security and fraud prevention procedures. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — only to accounts registered under the same member's name.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of Terms, or outstanding identity verification requirements. In such cases, the member will be contacted via email or live chat for further information.

Vip2cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM500):

• Available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Rollover requirement: 20x the bonus amount received.
• Wagering requirement period: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live Casino contributes 10%. Virtual sports contribute 50%. Sports Betting contributes 50%.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from gameplay using the bonus balance may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reject any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or a breach of the Terms. vip2cuci's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.

All games available at vip2cuci — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, lottery, virtual sports, and Sports Betting — are subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by eCOGRA and iTech Labs.
• vip2cuci reserves the right to void any match or round affected by a technical disruption and to refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or software bug are void and may be cancelled by vip2cuci.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed before each match or round.

For Sports Betting and virtual sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the ones that apply. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets. All virtual sports matches use verified RNG simulation and their outcomes are entirely random.

The vip2cuci VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and is automatically open to all registered members. Tier eligibility is determined based on a member's cumulative deposit amount.

• VIP levels are automatically upgraded once the cumulative deposit requirements are met.
• Weekly cashback is calculated every Sunday at midnight and credited every Monday before 9 AM.
• VIP points do not expire as long as the account remains active (at least one login within 180 days).
• The VIP points-to-cash conversion rate is 100 points = RM1 and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• vip2cuci reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any tier with 14 days' notice to the affected members.

Vip2cuci is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of all its members. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy us for full details.

• All personal data and financial information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Member information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without the member's written consent, except as required by law.
• Transaction records and game activity are stored securely and can be provided to members upon request.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings.
• Play Time Limit: Play time reminders and session limits can be set to help manage your time on the platform.
• Temporary Break: Members may freeze their own account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days through the account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop playing entirely may apply for a long-term self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip2cuci platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Money laundering — using the platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds from illegal sources.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, information, or documents.
• System manipulation — exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other members to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Registering on behalf of individuals under 18 years of age, or allowing minors to use your account.
• Match betting aimed at guaranteeing risk-free winnings by placing opposing bets across different platforms using bonuses.

Vip2cuci uses a sophisticated monitoring system to detect unusual activity. Any findings of suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action taken at the absolute discretion of management.

Members may close their vip2cuci account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being fulfilled.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Account inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months.

Vip2cuci provides its platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We strive to maintain 24/7 availability, however technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

• vip2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Game results are final once processed by the system. vip2cuci will not reverse valid results on the grounds of member dissatisfaction.
• Members wager at their own risk. vip2cuci is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform.
• vip2cuci's maximum liability to any member in any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect, except where amendments are required to comply with immediately applicable laws.

Continued use of the vip2cuci platform after the effective date of any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
